I was born and raised in the Dallas area and attended Mesquite High School. I later attended El Centro College where I majored in General Studies. I have 3 wonderful grown sons and 9 beautiful grandchildren. Early in my career, I found a passion for working with children and have served in Early Childhood Education for over 25 years! Through my teaching journey, I found a love and respect for the principles and techniques of the Montessori method of education and later obtained my certification in the Montessori method in 2018 from the American Montessori Association. Although my career has taken me out of the Montessori classroom and to Fulton, I still utilize the 5 princlples of the Montessori method in every classroom I have the privlage of spending time in. I truly enjoy working here and love that Fulton gives me the flexibility to use my personal teaching style with all the preschool classes. It is my pleasure to guide and grow each child to recognize their inividuality and potential though independent learning opportunities.
Likes/Loves: Camping, boating, traveling, spending time with my children and grandchildren, and being outdoors.
